The moment I passed through the doors I was greeted in a friendly manner. They've got a variety of brands to choose from but I knew what I wanted and right where to go so I didn't have to ask for help. When cashing out I was greeted again and offered the opportunity to pick out a second pair of shoes for half off. I couldn't find what I thought I wanted and was short on time. The clerk let me know I had until closing the next day to take advantage if I had more time then. I was quite pleased with how friendly and informative the staff I interacted with was. I'll go back tomorrow for the second pair, I'm sure.

A great atmosphere to buy shoes. They discount shoes for 15-20 minutes at a time, always mixing up new deals. They have a wheel of discounts that they'll let you spin. A big assortment of men's, women's, and kids shoes. Athletics to boots to sandals. Even slip resistant and steel toe (men's and women's). I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about returns. Their return policy is pretty lax at 60 days, with a box, receipt, and not terribly worn outside. If it's a real defect with the shoe, ("it's not as comfortable as I thought" isn't a defect) they'll work with you beyond their 60 day return policy. They always have some big special running like Buy One Get One Half Off, Buy One Get One Free Sandals/Boots, 20% deals, etc.

The store was clean. They were having a really good sale on winter shoes. If you want any winter shoes I suggest you go check them out, really nice stuff at great price points. Very nice staff too. Really friendly, I left with a smile on my face, just because of their attitude.

Love this shoe store, shoes, prices & crew are all great! This is where my family & I get all our shoes. The point program they have is great! It doesn’t take much to get a major discount by adding up your points. Of course with a family of 7 of course it’s easy for me, but seriously even just yourself or a small family of two or three this is pretty easy. Ordering online, having delivered to your home or pick up at your closest location is a great option to have.

Excellent first time experience! Husband and I stopped by hoping to find a special kind and color of heels. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but I found something better! They were having some awesome sales when we went and I found some other great shoes for a killer price. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked some questions and at checkout. Would highly recommend shopping here, I know I'll be back!

This place is huge!!! I had been to every store in my town and decided to go here found the shoes I needed in less than 10 minutes! Staff is the best the are fast and very nice!

Velma was great she greeted me when first walked in. I was able to quickly find a couple pairs of shoes that fit comfortable and she answered the questions I had about the stepin sketchers and I will be back in with my kids for more shoes!!
